1. Data controller

FLICQ Group is the data controller for personal data processed through the private billing platform at secure.flicq.eu. For privacy or billing data enquiries, contact us through the official FLICQ support channels.

2. Data we process

To authenticate access and operate checkout, we may process your Discord user ID, display name, avatar, eligibility status, selected plan and billing cycle, selected add-ons, transaction amount, transaction status, payment reference, and relevant timestamps. We do not request your Discord email, messages, friends, servers, or other Discord data.

3. IP and location checks

At sign-in, we perform a security and regional access check using your connection IP address. The IP address is used transiently for that check and is not stored in our database, transaction records, logs created by the application, or user profile. The resulting decision and limited country/region result may be retained where needed to enforce access rules and protect the platform.

4. How we use data

We use this information to authenticate approved customers, enforce access controls, create and resume billing transactions, calculate checkout totals, match payments, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

5. Legal basis and retention

We process data where necessary to provide the requested service, perform or prepare a contract, comply with financial and legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention. Discord identity and transaction records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable accounting requirements. IP addresses are discarded after the check.

6. Payments and receipts

The platform displays payment instructions for bank transfer and records whether you have notified us that payment was made. If you voluntarily share a receipt, we may use it to identify and reconcile your payment. Please blur unnecessary personal details before sharing it. We do not need receipt images to operate checkout.

7. Service providers

We use Discord for OAuth authentication, Supabase for securely storing eligible customer and transaction records, Vercel for hosting and delivery, and an IP intelligence provider for transient security checks. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy terms.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, server-side authorization, restricted administrative access, database row-level security, and minimal-data processing. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Never share passwords, access tokens, or payment credentials through support channels.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Requests can be made through the official FLICQ support channels. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
