1. About this Service

These Terms govern your use of the private FLICQ billing and subscription platform at secure.flicq.eu. FLICQ Group provides music distribution services and uses this platform to present eligible customers with subscription options, billing cycles, payment instructions, and payment status updates.

2. Eligibility and access

Access is available only to Discord accounts approved by FLICQ Group. You must use your own account, provide accurate information, and keep your access credentials secure. FLICQ may refuse or revoke access where eligibility, security, or payment requirements are not met.

3. Discord authentication

We request only Discord's identify scope: your Discord user ID, display name, and avatar. We do not request or access your email, messages, friends, guilds, or other Discord data.

4. Plans and billing cycles

The Small Label plan is offered in monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing cycles. Prices are displayed in EUR, with approximate GBP values for reference only. The amount shown as the total due is the amount you must transfer. A yearly cycle includes the discount stated on the checkout page.

5. Add-ons

Optional storage add-ons may be selected in the checkout flow. Add-ons can be combined, but the total additional storage may not exceed 75 GB. The platform validates this limit before checkout. Add-ons are optional and you may continue without selecting one.

6. Checkout and payment

A transaction is saved to let you return to an unfinished checkout. Selecting “I have paid” only records your notification; it does not confirm receipt of funds. Your subscription is not active until FLICQ Group has verified the exact payment amount and marked the transaction as received. Payment instructions shown at checkout must be followed carefully.

7. Payment status and receipts

You may provide transfer proof to help us identify a payment, but it is not required. Please remove or blur unnecessary personal information before sharing a receipt. FLICQ may request clarification where the amount, reference, or sender cannot be matched.

The platform is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may change plans, prices, features, payment instructions, or these Terms. The version shown at the time of a new checkout applies to that transaction.
